Our fee is payable by the purchaser and not the vendor.

2% + VAT of the agreed purchase price

Fee becomes due on unconditional exchange of contract but is paid only upon successful completion.

No registration, viewing or upfront charges apply.

Basis of Fee

Idealland introduces off-market property not publicly advertised. The fee reflects access to these opportunities and management of the transaction through to completion.

Vendors

Vendors do not pay agency fees. We act by introducing qualified purchasers on a private basis.
