James founded Ideal Land over 20 years ago and specialises in sourcing off-market development opportunities across London and the UK, both with and without planning permission. With more than 30 years in the property industry, including a background in residential sales, he personally matches developers, architects and buyers with suitable sites and supports them throughout the process.
At Ideal Land, a small and hands-on business, clients work directly with James from introduction to completion.
Lucy James
Administration & Coordination
Lucy supports all aspects of the business behind the scenes, coordinating administration, communication and property viewings. If James is unavailable, she is always on hand to assist.
With experience in residential lettings and agency work in Hong Kong, she is now expanding her knowledge in property development.
